This kit is a great starting kit for anybody that is looking for a cost efficient, high quality lighting kit with a dimmable ballast to give you the option to change the intensity of light you want to give your plants, the ballast can be used throughout the whole cycle by changing the wattage to from 400w of light in the grow stage and 600w-660w of light in the flowering stage.

Euro Barn Reflector:

You can use any HPS, Metal Halide upto 600w or CFL lamps (CFL’s will need the CFL convertor lead) Please note CFL’s will hang down in these if over 125w so a better option for the CFL’s is the CFL shade which is more reinforced to handle the weight of the CFL’s and comes complete with a UK plug rather than the IEC connection).

SunLux Pro Dual Spectrum Lamp:

The SunLux Pro 600w Dual Spectrum HPS (High Pressure Sodium) grow lamp emits enough red and blue light to be used as a sole light source throughout all stages of growing, meaning you don’t have to buy separate bulbs for the vegetative/flowering stages.
